- 1 Coles White Mud Cake
- 400g tub Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 x 340g pkts Nestlé Smarties
- 2 x 180g pkts Mars M&M’s
- 16 white marshmallows, halved crossways

Method
Step 1
Use a large serrated knife to trim the top of the cake and remove the icing. Cut the cake in half to make 2 semicircles. Spread 1 side of each semicircle with a little frosting and sandwich together. Place the cake on a serving platter.Step 2
Spread cake with the remaining frosting. Arrange Smarties and M&M’s over the cake in a rainbow pattern. Arrange marshmallows at the base of the cake to make clouds.
