كان هذا هو أحد أيام إجازة الصيف وكان ( ميزو) يشعر بالملل لأنه لا يفعل شيئاً.
فتح ميزو التلفاز يشاهد ما به من برامج، فلم يجد شيئًا مفيدا فخرج إلى الحديقة
المجاورة لمنزله وهناك قابل صديقه (سيكا ) فشكا له ضيقه من عدم وجود ما يسليه
فترة الإجازة.
قال له سيكا : سأساعدك على القضاء على ما تشعر به من ملل. وأعطاه اسطوانه
كمبيوتر وقال له : هذه الاسطوانه عليها أفلام رعب وأكشن رائعه وعندما تشاهدها
لن تشعر بالملل أبداً.
قال ميزو في دهشة : أفلام رعب ؟ وبم ستفيدني أفلام الرعب والأكشن؟
ضحك سيكا وقال : واضح أنك جبان جدا وتخشى مشاهدة هذه الأفلام.
استفزت ضحكات سيكا ميزو بشدة فأخذ الاسطوانه وقال في تحد: أنا لست
جباناً وسأشاهد الأفلام بمفردي
وعاد ميزو إلى منزله ودخل حجرته وفتح الكمبيوتر وأدخل الاسطوانة وبدأ
يشاهد الفيلم
كان الفيلم مرعباً بحق وكان ميزو ينكمش على نفسه من شدة خوفه وكلما هم
بإيقاف عرض الفيلم تذكر كلمات سيكا وضحكته الساخرة واتهامه له بالجبن
فيصر على متابعة الفيلم لنهايته وهو يقول لنفسه : انا لست جباناً.. لست
جبانا.
وشاهد ميزو الفيلم حتى آخره وظل بعدها خائفاً طوال اليوم وظلت مشاهد
الفيلم لا تفارق خياله لحظة حتى جاء المساء وحل موعد النوم وكان عليه ان
يدخل للنوم في حجرته بمفرده.
كان ميزو خائفاً بشدة عندما دخل حجرته وأغلقت عليه أمه الباب ودخلت هي
الأخرى لتنام. ومن شدة خوفه لم يستطع ميزو أن ينام
وفجأه انقطع التيار الكهربائى وأصبحت حجرة ميزو مظلمة تماماً إلا من ضوء
خافت قادم من نافذة الحجرة بدأ ميزو يسمع أصواتاً خشنة ورأى ظلالاً ضخمة
تتحرك على الحائط أمامه وبدأ ميزو يتخيل هذه الظلال كما لو كانت المشاهد
التي رأها في الفيلم.
وزاد خوف ميزو جداً ولم يستطع الصمت فأخذ يصرخ بصوت عال .
سمعت أمه صوته وهو يصرخ فهرعت إليه ومعها كشاف الإضاءة وقالت له : ميزو
ما بك يا صغيري؟
كان ميزو يصرخ بشدة وفزع فاحتضنته أمه ووضعت يدها على ظهره وهي تحاول
تهدئته حتى هدأ قليلا فسألته ما بك ولماذا تصرخ هكذا ؟

فقال ميزو وهو يشير إلى الحائط إنها الأشباح التي رأيتها في الفيلم أراها على
الحائط وأسمع صوتها .
قالت الأم : أي أشباح يا صغيري ؟ هذه ليست أشباح إنهم عمال قدموا لإصلاح
العطل الذي تسبب في انقطاع الكهرباء عنا
رفع ميزو رأسه ونظر لأمه في دهشة وكأنما لا يصدق وقال: إذن فهي ليست
أشباح الفيلم ؟ ... قالت الأم : بالتأكيد ليست أشباحاً حقيقية.
ونظرت إلى الاسطوانة بجوار الكمبيوتر وقالت ويجب أن تعلم أن هذه النوعية
من الأفلام لا تفيد بل إنها تضر العقل وتجعله غير قادر على الحكم الصحيح على
ما حوله.
رد :ميزو فعلا يا أمي إنها أفلام ضارة ولن أشاهدها ثانية
ومن يومها وميزو لا يشاهد هذه الأفلام وإذا شعر بالملل ولم يجد شيئاً مفيداً
بالتلفاز يقرأ كتاباً أو يذهب الى النادي ويمارس الرياضة ويشارك في الأنشطة
المختلفة.

The movie was truly terrifying and Mizo was shrinking into himself from his extreme fear whenever he was worried
Stopping the film, he remembered Sika's words, his sarcastic laugh, and his accusation of cowardice

Mizo watched the movie until the end, and then remained afraid all day, and the scenes remained
