This is one of the best cookbooks I now own (and that is coming from someone who has bookshelves of cookbooks, OK, so I'm into food p*rn - don't judge me).
I have made many recipes from this book all of which have been tastes and delicious. The techniques aren't chef-y so anyone who has some basic kitchen skills can take on any of the recipes.
What I most love about this book is the flavour combinations used. If you are looking to introduce some fresh, flavoursome recipes into your reportorial buy this NOW.

Inspiring recipes when you are looking for something different. Would like a glossary as not sure what some of the herbs/spices are. Beautiful photography and good, clear, and easy to follow instructions.

I bought both Jerusalem and Plenty More. There are so many recipes to try but so far I have only managed one from Plenty More and it was absolutely delicious. I've cooked it twice already. Trying another at the weekend. So far very happy with the number of recipes included in the book and can't wait to try others.

Ok we are all officially Yotto Ottolenghi freaks now. We have lain down to this modern master who has spun out the contemporary edge of ethical cuisine in an excellent format. It translates to the table excellently and is really worth keeping at hand near the kitchen.
